What can a WhatsApp bot do?

Do we need the WhatsApp Business API?
For a proper bot, yes. We handle the setup with Meta for you, including verifying your business and connecting your number.
Do we need an AI policy for staff?
If your team uses ChatGPT, Copilot or similar tools, yes. A short, clear policy stops client and personal information being pasted into tools that shouldn't have it, which matters under POPIA. We write it with you and train your team on it.
Can the AI receptionist work with our existing phones?
It works best with a VoIP phone system, which we can set up for you. Calls it can't handle are passed to your team or taken as messages.
Is our data safe with AI?
We design every setup around POPIA. Client information stays protected, and the AI only uses the information you approve.
