We designed and installed an RFID system that tracks linen and textiles automatically as they move through the plant, replacing manual counts.
Questions we get asked
Do the tags survive industrial washing?
Laundry RFID tags are designed for repeated washing, drying and ironing. We choose tags to suit your process and fabrics.
How is RFID different from barcodes?
Barcodes are scanned one at a time and need line of sight. RFID tags are read in bulk, from a distance and without unpacking, which makes counting far faster.
Can RFID track things other than linen?
Yes. Laundries are where our RFID work has made its biggest mark, but tags can also track stock, tools or equipment. Tell us what you need and we'll say honestly whether RFID fits.
Do you work outside KwaZulu-Natal?
