When you contact us through this website, by WhatsApp, phone or email, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, phone number, email address, your business name and a description of what you need.
When we work for you, we may also handle information on your systems as part of the service, only as far as the work requires.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote
- To provide and support the services you ask for
- To send invoices and keep the records the law requires
We do not sell your information, and we don't send marketing messages unless you've agreed to receive them.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with service providers we need to do the work, such as our email and messaging providers, or where the law requires it. We expect them to protect it as carefully as we do.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep personal information secure, and we only keep it for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
