How quickly can you recover my data?
It depends on what went wrong. Many recoveries are done within a day or two, and we'll tell you what to expect once we've looked at the device.
Should I keep trying to fix the drive myself?
No. Every attempt can make recovery harder. Switch the device off and contact us.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Your files are only handled for the recovery and are never shared.
